I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was bright and spacious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the modern decor added to the ambience. The location was extremely convenient, close to the main shopping street and public transportation. The staff were always accommodating and easy to contact.
Nothing is perfect.

The location of this hotel was spot on for exploring the city and getting to know the culture. It was located just a few minutes walk from the main shopping and dining streets, and the public transport was easily accessible. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They fulfilled all of our requests in a timely manner and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the heated floors were a bonus during the chilly Easter weather.
The room was not as clean as we had expected, there were some stains here and there, and the bathroom had a slight odor. the hotel supply was not up to par, there were no coffee or tea powder, and the tap water was unusable for hot beverages.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the bustling city. the location couldn't have been better – within walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and accommodating our requests. Our comfortable room had heated floors, and the hotel provided a Golden Service option for exceptional assistance.
There was a musky smell in the room when we arrived. With some airing out and housekeeping, it eventually disappeared.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport and shops, making it easy to get around during our Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the heated floors provided a cozy atmosphere during cold winter nights.
There were a few cleanliness issues in the room, including hair in the bed and stains on the seat cushions. the bathroom was not spacious enough for a large group, with only one toilet and limited storage space for clothing.
